How long will it take for my brewing supplies to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those urgent brew days.
Do you offer free shipping on homebrewing equipment?
Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders over $59 within the contiguous United States. Please note that some oversized items, like heavy fermenters or full sacks of grain, may incur a flat-rate shipping fee.
What is your return policy for ingredients and equipment?
Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, to ensure quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as liquid yeast, hops, or crushed grains.
My yeast arrived warm; is it still safe to use?
Yes, modern liquid yeast is quite resilient. While we recommend choosing an insulated mailer and ice pack during summer months, the yeast remains viable even if it reaches room temperature during transit. Simply refrigerate it upon arrival.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress directly from the carrier.
