At MoreBeer!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing equipment and ingredients. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your provided return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to clear or cover any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
